Still a mess? God will use you anyway.

I've been reading Old Testament lately and re-seeing that people have basically been a mess since the beginning of time. From the lowly to the Kings, people struggle with their flesh and their pride. God used them anyway! There were natural consequences and discipline from the Lord, but His promises and His plans always rise above the ashes. I pray that as you leave 2015, you will look ahead and see God moving in your future. You may be weighed down by your flesh, but I want you to know there is hope at the other end of the rope that God holds out for you. Grab it and don't let go. You maybe walking in Victory and consequence at the same time wondering if you will ever regain whats been lost or stolen from you. Know that God will bless you with what's best for you. Happiness is not a destination, it's a daily choice in attitude. Joy is not out of reach because it is a gift from God and starts on the inside of you. I pray that your desire to know God increases exponentially and out of knowing him your desire to bring Him praise will be the overflow. I've heard that this year an outpouring of God's love is the next wave of revival. Be a cracked vessel for God to fill so you can spill out onto those you encounter. Be the hands and feet of Jesus for those He brings across your path. Bless others, pay it forward, live intentionally with purpose and forgive people for being flawed because guess what... you're probably a mess in some ways too. I pray that God blesses you abundantly this year physically and spiritually!! Now go change your world! You can't change the whole world, but you can affect what's at arms length.
Love and peace to you,
Sandy Harless
